♥ Yoyomelody Review - Mirror Sunglasses & T Shirt ♥

Cropped T Shirt With Contrast Collar
 Overview

Product is just as lovely as I hoped!
It was hard to tell the fabric from the online picture, but it seems to be a very thing synthetic cotton blend (with a little stretch). Being thin, it shows my bra outline a little- but otherwise it lays comfortably and attractively! The white collar is a thicker and stiffer cotton, so you don’t have to worry about it flopping over.
I ordered a size medium and it fits well (still, I may of been able to purchase a small)! The product is intentionally oversized and ends around three inches above my bellybutton. This is a great fit for all my high-waisted shorts/skirts!
Black Frame Mirror Sunglasses

 Overview
I was skeptical on choosing these glasses, as I’ve had trouble with receiving very poorly made pairs from OTHER sites- but I was surprised in the sturdiness of these! They’re not made with plastic, which keeps them from feeling fragile both when I put them on, and when I wear them out.
Tbh though, the reason I like them so much is because they go super well with all my black clothing.
 Shipping:
Shipping process was fast for a package from overseas! I was happy to receive my package in under two weeks.

  • Diameter: 14.50mm
  • Water Content: 38%
  • Base Curve: 8.6
 comfort level: 3/5
Only red flag with these contacts are they DO block your vision. As with all contacts that cover your pupil, this is impossible to avoid. I’d describe the visibility as looking through blurry/dirty glasses. You can still see fine enough to define as “safe”, but forget seeing tiny details.
One thing I noticed was that my lens vision was worse in bright light than in the dark. I’m not sure why this is, but it’s something to keep in mind if you’re planning to wear this contacts in sunlight!
However, If it’s any frame of reference, all of my makeup for this review was done WITH the blurred vision. That being said- it’s not the end of the world.

Contacts did also take a smidgen longer to adjust than my other circle lenses. One eye in particularly felt like the lens was sliding; this subsided after an hour with the contact in.
 color: 5/5
These are the most interesting and dramatic lenses I’ve ever worn. That being said, I love their look. While marketed for cosplay, they make a great accessory for any “dead” themed fashion cord.
As you can see from photos of myself in these lenses, they give the appearance of having no pupil. From far away, they look as if your entire eye is while, but as you get closer the white mesh becomes more visible (granting an interesting difference from the eye’s sclera. Picture will be posted below!)
My natural color (hazel/green) does not peak through these lenses at all, making the creepy look 100% authentic. (Below is a picture of my nature color VS the contact.)

 enlargement effect: 5/5
Enlargement is offered while looking close at the lenses, as the white mesh portion of the contact is bigger than my natural. It’s very pretty- I wasn’t even expecting these contacts to offer this feature!

 overal: 4/5
I really love the contacts. The only drawback is the lessened visibility and sliding- but it’s definitely not a deal breaker (in my opinion).

Contacts are: G&G GBT Sky (link here!)
I purchased them for $19.90 + shipping
Diameter: 14.0mm
Water Content: 38%
Base Curve: 8.6
 comfort level: 3.5/5
Contacts sting when first put in; need about ten minutes to adjust. After that the contacts can be felt (lightly) in your eye. This is not uncomfortable, just different.
 color: 3/5

A beautiful blue is given off by the contacts, but unfortunately (as they are a light color) my natural eye shoes greatly around the center. Below is a ref of my normal eye color, a greeny hazel.

Despite this, these contacts look VERY natural while remaining cute. ^^ These are my most natural looking lenses, and for that reason, I believe they’re very worth the purchase. Other people can’t tell these are contacts when I wear them out!
+ from a distance they look entirely blue, which was my intention of purchasing.

 enlargement effect: 5/5
For only 14.0mm contacts, there is quite a bit of enlargement. I really like the effect of these in particular, as it’s subtle enough for eyes to remain entirely natural looking. With these lenses, my eyes are big & bright, without looking creepy or fake! It’s a perfect balance.
 overal: 4/5
I give these contacts an overall rating of 4/5. They are beautiful and I am overall very happy with their appearance; my only gripe is about the lack of color coverage. Despite that, the contacts are still LOVELY and I am very happy with my purchase. c-:

Thanks for reading!!  (I’m going to put a collage of some extra refs of myself using these contacts below as well!)

♥ Pinky Paradise Review - Hana SPC Natural Brown ♥

Contacts are: Hana SPC Natural Brown (link here!)
  • I purchased them for $25.90 + shipping
  • Diameter: 14.50mm
  • Water Content: 42%
  • Base Curve: 8.6
 comfort level: 5/5
Contacts are very comfortable, with minimal time needed for adjusting. These are the most comfortable contacts I’ve ever worn!
The design of the contact also allows for you to tell inside-out from the correct way of wearing them. This is VERY beneficial when trying to put them in! I can’t express how many times I’ve inserted my contacts inside-out because of indistinguishable patterns on both sides. With these brown lenses, I’ve never had that painful experience! c-:

 color: 5/5
I would describe these contacts as a lovely chocolate brown that fades into a black rim around the outside. The fading design is both charming and realistic!
My natural color (hazel/green) peaks through a teeny bit (as with most contacts), but because of the natural contact color, it blends in perfectly. My eyes without the contacts are shown below for ref.
 enlargement effect: 3.5/5
Enlargement is very noticeable in these contacts. I rate it a 3.5/4 only because I chose these contacts under the “natural” category, expecting them to be less dolly-eyed. It’s very pretty, but not 100% what I was looking for.

 overal: 5/5
Despite a slight disappointment in enlargement, I still give these contacts a 5/5. They are PERFECT for anyone looking for a cutesy, yet natural looking brown contact. These are actually my favorite lenses. Very worth the purchase! ^^

 comfort level: 4/5
contacts took a few minutes to adjust (i experienced stinging in one of my eyes) but after fifteen minutes i could barely feel them!
 color: 4.5/5
color is beautiful and perfect for the natural look i wanted from these contacts. my only gripe is that my normal color peeks through, however that happens with almost any non-neutral colored lens.
my natural eye color is the hazel shown below. as you can see (no makeup! sorry!!image), around my pupil, the color shows through.
i wore these contacts out, and got a compliment: "your contacts look so real- even though they’re purple! i have to remind myself that it’s impossible for them to be natural!"

 enlargement effect: 5/5
contacts make my eyes appear larger while not looking unattractive! i think they make my eyes look adorable.

 overal: 4.5/5
these contacts are beautiful and very worth the purchase. i highly rec them for cosplay or everyday wear.
